The short version.
Do I need an IT person?
No. Power, ethernet, scan the code. The box connects out to us on its own, so there's nothing to configure on your network.
What if I have more than 30 people?
Each box supports up to 30 user accounts, including simultaneous submissions from the team. If more than 30 people need accounts, add another box. Pricing is per box, never per person.
What should I record?
Note Admin is for recording meetings and conversations, not continuous all-day recording. Tell participants and follow the consent laws that apply where you record.
How long does processing take?
Processing time varies. Long recordings and burst uploads enter the queue and can take longer. Simultaneous submissions are supported, but they do not all finish at the same time.
Where do my recordings live?
Recordings, transcripts, summaries and action items are processed and stored locally on your box. The remote relay transports encrypted traffic when you connect away from the office; it is not meeting storage. A customer-chosen AI connection receives only the data you choose to share. Planned for launch: customer-key encrypted backup and recovery; not available yet.
Is it legal to record meetings?
In California and several other states everyone in the room has to know. The app shows a notice on the record screen; telling people is on you.
